AnkomaShop Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. 

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. 

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions, including the return address. 

Return Shipping: 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
